These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program (the "Program") offered by VSGS Facilities, LLC d/b/a Sports Performance Hub ("SPH," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use. This Program is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA messaging guidelines.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a web form with the SMS consent checkbox, texting a keyword such as [JOIN] to [SHORT/10DLC NUMBER], or otherwise expressly enrolling), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SPH at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, and are at least 18 (or have parental/guardian consent).
2. Types of Messages
The Program may include: appointment/session reminders and scheduling, account and transaction notices, program/event updates, and — where you have opted in — promotional and marketing messages about SPH programs, memberships, camps, and events.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. By opting in you agree that we may send recurring messages.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. SPH does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
5. Opting Out (STOP)
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to any Program message. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages. You may continue to receive non-promotional transactional messages where permitted. To rejoin, opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is generally available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Changes to Your Number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us and to promptly update or cancel your enrollment, so that messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We disclose it only to service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us operate the Program.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
